Applying products to your skin can either make or break it.
Thousands of selections on every beauty store confuse women. Endorsers of these products may add market value in some way for women, well not for me. I myself find the labels and packaging attractive but buying a new product for my skin is similar to throwing my bets on the lottery.
Sample Room changes the system in shopping for beauty products.
Sample Room is a sampling site that banks on the power of free product sampling. It is an online community that changes your beauty-shopping pattern; and an interactive community where your opinions matter and where all beauty lovers are valued.
Before swiping your credit cards for a full bottle, you get to sample these products firsthand. More than that, there is a community to get in touch with, read beauty reviews from women with the same skin type as yours and ask more about the product catching your eye. This is what I call, value for money!
How it Works:
1. First, you register to be a Sample Room member on their website
2. Get free points upon registration.
3. Use your points to get free samples. Each sample product has a corresponding number of points.
4. Check out and pay for shipping and handling fee.
5. Wait and receive your samples on your doorsteps. (With cute packaging!)
6. Post a rating and review on SampleRoom.ph
7. Earn more points for every product review.
8. Buy more points depending on your needs.
Everything you need to know is on Sample Room’s website!
But before moving on to the next window, let me share with you some beauty products I’ve tried from Sample Room.
A very dainty packaging arrived from Sample Room last month. To my surprise, these are Burt’s Bees products! A trusted brand I purchase for lip balms since I was in high school. Burt’s Bees is committed to using natural ingredients in every product. From the smell and feel, the bees give every woman a natural experience to enrich natural beauty.
I was so giddy opening them one by one and forgot to take a photo right away. Goodness, I’m thankful O was in my home that time and he reminded me to get my photography tools for a product shoot first. Hehe. I didn’t write a blogpost on the products right away since I chose to use all of them for a month.
|Burt’s Bees Peppermint & Rosemary Body Wash
Smell it and you’ll be buzzing like a bee because of its fragrance. I love the aroma and the fact that it’s chemical free. My dry skin didn’t react negatively on it. It’s not like Dove soap that leaves your skin moisturized but it’s not going to dry it up either. Apparently, I still had to shower my skin with lotion after a bath.
|Burt’s Bees Honey Lip Balm with Vitamin E
I’ve known Burt’s Bees because of their lip balms. The new variant Burt’s Bees Honey Lip Balm was so easy to glide that leaves my lips with moisture from day to night. It’s my new handy-dandy lip balm in my cosmetic pouch.
|Burt’s Bees Honey & Grapeseed Hand Cream
In using lotions, I prefer oatmeal-based creams or specifically designed for dry skin. Or lotions that are straight from the derma’s clinic like from YSA Skin & Body Expert’s
clinic. Burt’s Bees Honey & Grapeseed Hand Cream
is also made with Jojoba oil and Rosemary extract. I’ve tried and the components magically smoothens super dry hands. With its compact size that fits my bag, I want to add this to my daily heavy bag load.
|Burt’s Bees Coconut Foot Creme
Before lying flat on the bed, I starteda routine to use Burt’s Bees Coconut Foot Creme. It actually helps. A moisture feeling of my feet as I wake up in the morning.
|Burt’s Bees Deep Cleansing Cream
Using Burt’s Bees Deep Cleansing Cream to wash my face at night comes out positively with a fresh face result in the morning. I feel the menthol ingredient cooling and soothing my face. The smell alone brightens my day with a scent of nature and a touch of moisture.
Took this photo as soon as I stepped on the floor and got out of my comfortable bed. I used the front camera of my iPhone for a quick snapshot of how I look after using Burt’s Bees Deep Cleansing Cream from last night.
More than the moisture it gives my skin, I feel the compatibility between my skin and Burt’s Bees products. My support for natural products favors my skin in return.
If you don’t want to buy a whole pack of Burt’s Bees products, there is Sample Room to give you small sizes of products you want to try first. Doubting beauty products you haven’t tried is just natural for every woman who wants value for their money.
