Cibo could sound overrated for pasta and pizza lovers, I know.
At first, I was thinking of not blogging about Cibo anymore since this restaurant is already well-established with numerous branches all over Metro Manila. In almost all malls in the metro, you would find a branch of Cibo located with a bunch of customers. However, I couldn’t stop myself sharing my experience simply because of one reason, it’s Cibo! I call it one of my ‘overrated’ favorites. So now, who cares? It’s my blog anyway 🙂 I just want to share to everyone why I love Cibo.
Thus, here it is. The basic reason why I keep on coming back to Cibo is because of their Spinaci Zola.

An appetizer dish in Cibo I never fail to forget ordering. For me, it could turn into my main course. I can finish one order of Spinaci Zola. Sometimes, I get an extra order to take home or bring it with me in the office.

The spinach dip to die for! The irresistible mix of spinach and gorgonzola cheese, delectable when you eat it with toast rounds. A must-try that tantalizes anyone who gives it a try. This is the best dish to order in Cibo if you are out with your girlfriends. Just like what we did.

College besties – Vero and Pat

Our dinner date at Cibo. Ordering a Spinaci Zola completed our ‘besties’ date that night.

Pray, Eat and Love.
