Summer is not yet over. The rays of sun passing through the windows of my room still wake me up in the morning. Sweat all over my body when I go out of the house for a short walk. And this is why our mind calls for ice cream. We want something icy to freshen our warm bodies. Coming from an ice cream maniac (hello! that’s me), I’d instantly head to the nearest convenience store or Family Mart where Green Tea ice cream is sold, to fill my mind cravings for ice cream. But this summer seemed different out of other summers that passed.
This time, I made a pact to myself to be more conscious of what I eat. I still have the liberty to eat whatever I want, only with health consciousness. I guess this pact is a result of numerous restaurants I visit for this blog. Hehe. It made me realize that health is something to watch out as early as now. We can’t take this issue for granted. Being healthy should strictly be part of my lifestyle, not only 2-3x a week.

|Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt Drink (Php 25)
Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt Drink gets out of my fridge if I’m too lazy to use a spoon to eat the yogurt snack. In 1-2 gulps, I’m done quenching my yogurt thirst.
It may be a difficulty to adjust to healthy eating habits. Having Nestle Fruit Selection Yogurt doesn’t leave your taste-buds lonely. The healthy snack stays true to its fruity flavor without making you feel you’re on a diet.
As a food blogger, I choose to stay healthy, not only this summer, but consistently starting this summer!
