I never asked my mom how often she eats ice cream while I was still curled up inside her womb 21 years ago. I never asked her if she fed me ice cream instead of milk while growing up. I couldn’t explain how incomplete my day is, without eating at least a scoop of ice cream. In the office, I would always order sundae to complete my lonely rice + ulam. My meal at work looks dull to my eyes without ending summing it up with ice cream. Just imagine how I rejoiced after finding out that pints of Merry Moo have been delivered to my house a few weeks ago. I couldn’t wait to go home and open the freezer.
Merry Moo was introduced to me in one of Anton’s Ultimate Taste Test in Rockwell Tent. That was the first time I got to taste some flavors like their famous Sea Salt Caramel. After getting that ultimate taste test of Merry Moo, I keep on looking forward to go to bazaars just to spot Merry Moo. It is established as a homemade ice cream business; no permanent store for the public yet. The challenge is to find them at food markets or bazaars.
The first flavor I grabbed from the freezer, without checking the label, was their Candied Bacon Ice Cream. Yayyy for those who can’t live without bacon. (Oh, I know a lot!) As for me, a double yayyy too because it tickled and surprised my taste-buds. The smoky flavor of bacon with vanilla ice cream wasn’t bad at all. Another innovation of eating meat with dessert. Every man who loves bacon must get a smack of these candied bacon bits and ice cream of Merry Moo.
Bringing the bacon in between icebergs. Stood out to tempt bacon lovers to get a smack of those candied bacon bits.

Second flavor in line was Poprocks & Mallows. It’s impressive how Merry Moo makes all their ice cream flavors exceptional. They all taste so fresh and smooth.
Popping rocks in my mouth is the fun part of eating this flavor. I remembered my childhood where I used to eat candies with popping rocks in it. I felt so cool whenever I eat it. Hahaha!
Last and definitely not the least, Sea Salt Caramel is a classic favorite from Merry Moo. To explain this, I’ll just share with you how my mom reacted when she found out there was no more Sea Salt Caramel in the freezer. This flavor lasted for 2 days. I was trying to save it for 3 days but unfortunately it couldn’t. Both of us kept on opening the freezer from time to time. It’s funny that one afternoon, thought of having Merry Moo for dessert. I told her, only the 2 flavors were left, Poprocks & Mallows and Candied Bacon. Her face shifted from cheerful to a face of rejection. She asked me to order more ice cream! Haha!
