No occasion at all, my mom booked a room for our family in Edsa Shangri-la last weekend. Take note, it was not just any ordinary room, we got a suite room baybeh! Haha! 🙂 The moment my sister and I heard the news that we would be staying in a suite, we were more than thrilled. Oh, and we suddenly remembered the TV show, Suite Life of Zack and Cody. 🙂
Since I own this blog, I wanna take this opportunity to share our experiences.

We stayed at the Visayas Suite

Edsa Shangri-la was literally sweet for giving us sweets. A chocolate bar from their local bakeshop. YUM YUM YUM! The chocolate bar was just like the Dairy Milk of Cadbury, only there were chewy marshmallows inside.

You can buy their chocolate bar at the ground floor of Edsa Shangri-la. There are more flavors to choose from!

We were given two baskets of fruits. My sister Reine finished almost all of them, especially her favorite fruit, ripe Mango. Check out the cute little Mango she is holding. She peeled it off and it looked like that.

The lounge and dining area where we watched TV when we didn’t like what mom was watching in the other room. Haha!

The bedroom, where we all slept. Yes, the four of us fit in that 1 king-sized bed. Siksikan to the max! hahaha!

Isn’t she lovely? 🙂 I praise God for giving me a beautiful mom! Her beauty never fades, inner and outer beauty for the win!

While Reine and dad were bonding at the lounge area, mom and I were cuddling while watching. Cheezy! Hahaha!

Here comes the snack I ordered from the hotel room service, Blueberry and Apple Crumble Pie.

Well, nothing extravagant about the dessert. I just liked the combination of apple and blueberry. I didn’t know they would complement each other’s taste. As expected, hotel food is somehow not reasonable. That small dessert cake costed around Php200++.

So, who do I look like? 😉

That’s how my parents are, overly cheesy to the max! Hahaha!

Whether we stayed in a suite or not, I would definitely cherish that weekend spent with my family. Every bonding session with them makes our family stronger, tighter and better than ever. I am truly grateful because God gave me a loving and supportive family. God is just so amazing because He is constantly showing His love for me through them. 🙂

Have a blessed weekend everyone! Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there! 🙂
