Were you able to witness Yummy Eats? Last Saturday (May 21), I made sure that I won’t miss the 1st ever Yummy Eats by Yummy Magazine. Since it was the first, I didn’t expect anything great actually. What I only had in mind is that NBC Tent would look like a tiangge full of different kinds of food with some cooking activities inside. Well, that expectation was true enough. But what I didn’t anticipate was to get FREE taste for each booth at the event. All I can say is… It was crazy FUN and entertaining to try a bunch of food, most especially desserts (my favorite).
I won’t bore you anymore. I have to cut to the chase and show you what you’ve missed out. (in case you didn’t go to this event)

Snapshots of Yummy Eats:

Cooking show to entertain the audience.

I love this buko pie dessert. It wasn’t so sweet because of its good combination, with a layer of pie crumbs. I am impressed by how they thought of innovating this pinoy recipe. Plus, it looks so sosyal!

Buffalo Wings, which is also appetizing. You would want to scrape off the sauce from the plate when you taste this. Both are from Chef’s Table.
And here is the famous Mochi ice cream from Mochiko.
From the wall of Mochiko. Spot me and my besh Nicole. We both love Azuki flavor 🙂
Hello Starbucks! Nicole got free frappes. 😉
I signed up for Pinoy Eats World! This means Food Trip soon! 🙂
Classic Confections’ Calamansi Bars were terrific! Sweet & sour at its finest.
Cute cupcakes!!!
Plants vs. Zombies
Hey look, the Angry Birds!
Before I left, the NBC Tent was still crowded with foodies.
Great job Fran! 🙂 Yummy Eats was awesome! Looking forward to the next event.
