May 21, same day when Yummy Eats was, I was invited to Enderun’s exclusive event for Bloggers. Such a privilege to be able to meet other bloggers who are also into food. In short, foodies! When Nuffnang told me about this invitation, I was thrilled to attend and said YES immediately. I thought that I couldn’t miss an event like this. Truly, it is an honor to be invited in Enderun’s Discover Cuisine.

When I arrived at the event, I found out that I was the youngest. I felt kilig knowing that fact. 🙂 In addition to that, I honestly felt intimidated to be surrounded by top bloggers who have been blogging for years. For a newbie like me, it was overwhelming. So before I share my experience, I wanna thank Nuffnang and Enderun for inviting me 🙂

The hotel-like stairs of Enderun. I forgot that I was in a school when I was there.

Check out their cooking classroom. The teacher cooks in front while the students sit and watch. We, bloggers, felt we were students again because the seats had a foldable table where you can write on.
French Chef Marc Chalopin was handpicked by Alain Duccasse Formation, one of the top and prestigious cooking schools worldwide that partnered with Enderun, as the executive chef to teach in the Philippines.
Chef Marc’s recipe for us was Bouillabaisse. I know, it’s complicated to pronounce. Haha! This French recipe is complicated as it sounds. As seen in the photo above, he has a certain technique in removing the bones of the fish.
Carlos was the first ‘forced’ volunteer of Chef Marc. Forced, meaning, we forced him! Haha! Sorry Carlos 😛
Jane, was the second ‘forced’ volunteer. She had to slice the squid according to Chef Marc’s standards.
The funniest forced volunteer was Abet! Non-stop mixing of the sauce, which gave him a morning right arm exercise. Haha!
 Hello Trixie and Denise! 🙂
Those toast rounds with the Provencale sauce Chef Marc did was to die for! 🙂
Seafood galore! Big shrimps, squid, Lapu Lapu, and clams, combined altogether to make the Bouillabaisse taste rich and unique. Just imagine the taste of each seafood. When you combine all of them, the explanation is simply ‘delicioso’.
It was nice meeting all of the food bloggers at the event. 🙂 Hope to see everyone soon!
For those who wants to be a chef, learn the techniques of French cooking, or simply learn the basics of cooking, Enderun is now opening their doors for short courses. Check out Enderun’s website for more information.
