Pad Thai
Aside from shopping, food in Thailand is something to look forward to. I consider Pad Thai as one of the reasons why I keep on going back to Thai restaurants. What more can I ask for, I was already in Thailand! The stir-fried noodles is a mix of sweet and sour flavor with a twist of Thai spices. Coming from a trip in India, I’d know how different Thai spices are. Combined with shrimp, chicken, bean sprouts, tofu and egg, this is a tummy-filling plate of happiness. 
Comparing the version of the Philippines, ours is sweeter, clinging to how Filipinos choose their food to be. Definitely Pad Thai from Bangkok is much different, not caring about its sweetness but more of the spices and richness of all flavors combined. An authentic plate of Pad Thai is a must-have at Thailand!
