When I see the big yellow M sign in the morning, it’s unavoidable not to take a turn and enter the drive-thru lane. I grew up anticipating my parents will pass by McDonald’s for breakfast if we were in a hurry to church. Until it became a habit. Hehe.
Few weeks ago in McDonald’s, while deciding what to order, I would see ads of the new McDonald’s Cheesy Eggdesal displayed. But it was only recently that I’ve actually ordered the sandwich.
McDonald’s launched Cheesy Eggdesal last July 24 as a breakfast solution that will bring customers the familiar feeling of home, allowing them to enjoy relaxed and worry-free mornings.
McDonald’s Cheesy Eggdesal (Php 39)
The combination of fluffy folded scrambled egg and melted cheese inside warm and soft pandesal buns speaks of a simple and familiar taste of home-cooked breakfast meals. During my younger days, our home requires a brown paper bag of pandesal early in the morning. Eggs are specially cooked for mornings, paired with hot pandesal. Some days when I’m in a hurry, I eat pandesal alone without anything inside. I found McDonald’s Cheesy Eggdesal uncomplicated, complete basic flavors of egg and ample cheese to start the day.
I was also struck by the price. For only P39, it’s a quick budget choice for those who are in a rush for work. Before you take the road to EDSA and wait for hours, this pandesal meal could be your option while stuck in traffic.
Along with the Cheesy Eggdesal, McDonald’s loyal customers can also enjoy their mornings with their Hamdesal favorites – Hamdesal Plain, Hamdesal with Cheese, and Hamdesal with Egg, now made with softer and tastier buns.
Early risers! Get to enjoy the all-new Cheesy Eggdesal and any of your favorite Breakfast Everyday McSavers from 4:00 AM to 10:30 AM in McDonald’s stores nationwide through Dine-In, Take-out, Drive-Thru, and via McDelivery.
