Belated Happy Birthday Mom!!! This post is for you. 🙂
“I don’t want to sound cheesy but I can’t help it when it comes to you. Mom, you are an incredible person and I LOVE YOU so much! Thank you for loving me unconditionally despite my imperfections. Thank you for not losing your patience with me. Thank you for giving up everything for me. You are one of the reasons why I believe in LOVE. The genuine love you give me is simply amazing. You are the BEST. And I’m a proud daughter!”
Our family had dinner in The Stock Market, suggested by my lovely sister Reine. She knew about the restaurant because of her friends.
My hungry and excited face! I was so thrilled to taste what I ordered.
Salmon and Spinach Dip! This dish made me remember my favorite Spinaci Zola from Cibo.
Compared to Cibo’s, Salmon and Spinach Dip was creamier and bigger! What I liked about it was the salmon that added flavor. As you spread the dip on the garlic bread, you would see big chunks of pink salmon.
With or without the dip, the garlic bread alone was really gooooood – soft and toasted at the same time.
Based on the menu, Salmon and Spinach Dip is a must-try!
For my mom, she recommends The Stock Market. Our family appreciated the type of customer service they gave us. When I asked them if they can put my mom’s cake – which I bought from a bakeshop – in the fridge, they didn’t hesitate but assisted me in every way. The whole dining experience in The Stock Market was cozy, felt like we were just at home.
If you loved Spinaci Zola of Cibo, you would surely want to visit and try what we ordered, Salmon and Spinach Dip.
