The Classic Mario’s
Who wouldn’t know Mario’s? I’ve known Mario’s since I was a child. Obviously, my parents introduced the restaurant to me. They told me that it was one of their favorite restaurants, especially when they go to Baguio.
We go to Mario’s not only because of their classic Spanish cuisine but also for their freshly baked and appetizing bread. My mom and I are bread lovers and we can have bread for breakfast until dinner. Speaking of dinner, our Mario’s dinner would be incomplete without their specialty, Paella Valenciana. We never miss out on this dish!
The dish Paella Valenciana alone will make your stomach full. It is already filled with seafood, chicken, pork and sausage cooked with saffron rice, vegetables and herbs. Paella Valenciana is definitely one of Mario’s best sellers. For a quality dish that serves 2-4 persons, the price is actually reasonable.
Pray, Eat and Love.
