When you face me with a basket of potatoes and chicken, I wouldn’t refuse to get my tummy ready for what’s next. Manang’s Chicken, one of my favorite food stands in Mercato Centrale back when I was still starting my blog, introduced me to their newest product Pops N’ Chips.
Manang’s Pops N’ Chips is an ideal snack for on-the-go ladies and gentlemen. One tall cup filled with thin crunchy all-natural potato chips and crispy breaded chicken poppers. Three Filipino-inspired flavors to choose from: Chili Vinegar, Beef Steak and Cheese Pimiento. If you love Manang’s Potato Chips, you’d want to bag more of these!
One order of Manang’s Pops N’ Chips is only P70!
Cheese Pimiento
Chili Vinegar
Beef Steak
From how it looks, you can’t tell the difference which is which. Powder used didn’t stain the meat and potato that sets them all apart. Although, as you take one piece and give it a shot, the lavish Filipino seasoning can instantly explain what flavor you’re consuming.
Out of all flavors, Cheese Pimiento stands out for me. Cheese powder alone fits any fried snack. I mean, how can cheese make a mistake in enhancing fried snacks? Using cheese pimiento added the special flair to a simple on-the-go snack.
Have you tried Manang’s Pops N’ Chips?
