Little things make a little girl smile.
Yep, I’m talking about myself. Two boxes of mostly colored brown little cups and bars were in my kitchen one afternoon. Not a familiar brand but I felt the little bites calling me to grab a piece. I opened the box with brown rounded brownie-like cups and took a quick bite. After that bite, I can’t help myself to stop biting for more. #truestory
Sweet Bite, the unfamiliar brand that caught my attention has a very promising success. From the moment I had the chance to try, I could say more people like me will be hooked to these sweets.
Life won’t stop surprising you, bringing you sunshine through unplanned circumstances. Just like how Sweet Bite started. Sweet Bite baker and owner Bianca was influenced by her mom who owns a bakery in New Manila long time ago. The influence made her start baking as a hobby, bringing goodies to her officemates frequently. (Lucky officemates!) One of her colleagues who enjoyed Bianca’s free sweet bites asked Bianca to be the souvenir supplier for her wedding. Right after that, Sweet Bite began and the rest was history for them.
Sweet Oreos (Php 60/cup)
Rate: 5/5
The mark of Sweet Bite relies mostly on their best-selling Sweet Oreos. I couldn’t agree more. I fell in love with these oreo cups! Generally looks enticing yet ordinary with its simple crusted brown outer layer. The sweet sensation starts right after I took a bite. Gee, it’s unstoppable! When you reach the circumference, your teeth will meet the layers of oreos and peanut butter tangling your taste buds.
The sweetness level won’t take you to the yield button. With its right amount of sweetness, you can finish a piece and proceed to the next one without thinking about it.
Bianca of Sweet Bite bakes without shortcuts.
I guess you’ll see how important that factor is once you taste the quality of Bianca’s creations. Also, take note that the baker consciously bakes without overdoing the sugar given her brother’s diabetes condition.

Revelious Bars, Double Trouble and Kinky Scarlet
Eenie meenie miny moe, please tell me where to begin. From left to right or right to left? After the experience of my first Sweet Oreos, my expectations shoot up high for Sweet Bite. To begin with, I started off with Revelious Bars (Revel Bars).
Revelious Bars (Rate: 4/5) – A trouble maker like how Sweet Oreos put me into trouble of indulging without hesitating. Given with limited bars, I was in a state of confusion on how to divide the bars for everyone at home. When I love something, a dish for example, I want everyone at home to get to try them. Even our maid, I want her to experience the food I love. For this case, I had to remove the selfishness out of me, even though I really wanted them all for myself. Everyone who tried Revelious Bars at home had a smile on their faces wanting for more. Its oatmeal chunks balanced out the sweetness of chocolate fused in the bars. It’s highly recommendable! 🙂
Double Trouble (Rate: 4/5) – If Revelious Bars are trouble makers, count this as double the trouble. Sweetness overload from its name but in reality, the bars give you a balance of sweetness. I don’t know how Bianca does it, but magically it gives an ooze of chocolate leaving you with sweet satisfaction.
Kinky Scarlet (Rate: 3/5) – The least I enjoyed from the variety of Sweet Bite I tried. Although, kudos to how she tries to give a twist to Red Velvet through these Red Velvet Crinkles with cream cheese filling. It’s gotta be for those who can’t get over the Red Velvet hype that happened years ago.
Sweet little things add more sweetness to life. The joy of experiencing tasteful bites give me that simple joy of appreciating good things in life. 🙂
A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones. -Proverbs 17:22
